X370 alone is worth $130, but you also get 2x $20 rebates ($90 AR) plus a nice case with glass side AND a 650W PSU. I would dare calling it a price mistake or at least a deal worthy of a Black Friday. If I would have had a few more slickdeal accounts I would have TU'd in all of them.
BTW mobo rebate is good per item, so if you have purchased something on that list you can use it again for another item.

It looks like the bios has received several updates to address issues. Should be a solid board at this point. I would purchase memory from the support list on the website.
