Best Buy has the Moto Z2 Play on Sale for $0.99 a month for 24 months for NEW LINES or NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY. This does include $7 a month in BILL CREDITS but if you're sticking with Verizon for 2 years and want a real cheap phone, this may be a good option for you. Once you pay off the phone you lose any remaining bill credits.

Tax is on the full price of the phone for most people plus Verizon's $30 activation fee, which you may get waived by calling verizon and talking very nicely to them.

Wihtout bill credits it's 8/mo or around 192 plus tax on full price, which is still good...on top of that $7/mo credit gor however long you keep it active...pretty damn good

I agree. Everybody on here likes to hate on bill credits (including myself) but even if you only keep this phone for 1 bill cycle it'll only cost you $185 for a pretty respectable phone.
It does irritate me that it's only for new lines or if you add a line. I tried to get the deal but couldn't because I only need to upgrade my wife's phone.

I have been with verizon for 10 years and never had a late payment. I guess I'll have to go to best buy.

Weird, that's the same error I got when I tried to upgrade one of my lines. Obviously, mine failed because I was trying to upgrade, not sure why it failed when you tried to add a new line. Let me know if you get it to work in store at Best Buy.

I've also had intermittent failures with bestbuy/verizon...their system has been glitchy

35 a month per line with unlimited data. however we have 10 lines on our account so that keeps the price low for all ten of us

For single line it would be too much...now if you do the s8/note 8 deal and this and in total you do 5-6 lines or more, then it's more effective...otherwise one line is probably like 80 or more
