If you don't play games, get a laptop with Integrated Video card or Intel 620 card. You get a slimmer laptop that is lighter and more portable. Also save money and battery life.
If you want to dabble in games or do some light gaming, get a laptop with MX150.
If you are a Gamer and but don't have $800 to spend, get at the very minimum a laptop with a 1050Ti video card for around $600. Don't get a regular 1050 as the saving is minimal but the performance increase from a 1050Ti is substantial. (like 30%).
If you are a serious Gamer, get this laptop with 1060 video card. If you are not a gamer, why are you still here?

True for specs but worse battery life and no virtual reality headset.
