I ordered this same model a month ago. First one had a buzzing speaker. Second one (which was sent as a replacement) had a graphics card problem (and would hard crash while watching videos). At that point I just returned it for a full refund.
Hopefully your experiences will be better but I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth in regards to build quality.

Fortunately/Unfortunately there is no graphics card
RAM - NO, it's soldered onto the mobo, and 8GB with no potential for upgrade later is a dealbreaker for me
Edit: Soldered on RAM is the deal-breaker...
Is there a page on SD that explains their rebates better? If so I would use it on an XPS with 16GB of ram
