I think the compact is refillable, I have one just like it. Each eyeshadow refill is $12 so this is an amazing deal!

I have this set and love it! The brand is comparable to Mac and Target, in fact, I like Buxom better. This is a really great deal. Their lip gloss sell for $20 alone.

ETA: the colors should work well for women of different skin tones. I'm pale right now, and the colors work just as well now as they did when I was tanned.

Buxom is a mid-range brand, comparable with the brands mentioned. The eyeshadow palette only has five shimmer shades and only one matte shade. It lacks transition colors and a dark shade (for soft outline or going over your cream/gel liner). It is still a great deal but this palette will not complete an eye look alone with it.
