Please DO NOT: Thread Crap, post if you have negative things to say about others.

I want this thread to work, especially for the people whoses resolution is to lose weight, maintain weight, or even gain weight.

so apparently Nutrisystem ships from Sparks, NV... which is also where I get my UPS deliveries from. my origin and destination scans were a minute apart laugh out loud, I'll get my food tomorrow Whee
Be prepared! It's a heavy box with lots of food (if you've done the month supply).

I worked out for 2 hours today. And hour of Turbo kickboxing and an hour of Zumba. I'm already kinda sore Blush2

I saw that the UPS tracking said it was 28.2 pounds OMG I did the 20 day flex plan... I'll pretty much use it everyday, as much as I travel I'll burn the flex days while i'm away from home

laugh out loud I browse my Victoria's Secret catalogs or talk to my model-bodied friends to get a workout boost.
Hehe... I browse the VS catalogs but only to pick out what I want drool Last night I went for a walk. I love my neighborhood and it was very nice out, and I don't take advantage of where I live. I also live just a few hundred yards from Kelly Drive, where people bike and run and walk all day and evening right along the river. I should take advantage of that too.

I did 2 hours of Cardio last night, Turbo Kickboxing & Zumba. This morning I did an Aqua class that had both cardio & resistant training. I didn't sweat as much as I would have thought during the aqua class, but I think the water whisked it away.

I've been eating well too. I broke out an old WW 20 minutes or less cookbook. The recipes are great! Even DH was surprised when I told him they were from WW.

Keep up the great work everyone!

Wow! you're good! My gym membership expired when the semester ended, and I'm not gonna renew my membership for summer for traveling reasons. I wanted to go out jogging today but it's cloudy and icky. I think my Swiss bally will have to do again Smilie

Yeah, all done in a pool. Aerobics with styrofoam dumbell weights and cardio with treading water along with arm, leg and whole body exercises (like jumping up & down). It was fun, and the resistance was perfect for my poor arm. I was able to do all of the "weight" exercises with the styrofoam dumbell.

I've been doing slimfast for breakfast, mostly because I'm generally too lazy to do anything else and I don't mind the taste. just got my nutrisystem order, though, so it's time to start on that and do this for real nod

OK, so I just found this thread and I am totally love it. You guys are awesome. I have always been "chunky" and then I packed on 30lbs in a year when I took a stressful job, then I got preggers and gained another 50lbs.
UGH! Well that was 2 yrs ago and I am still up 60lbs! UGH!

I have absolutely no willpower! I want to lose weight I am just lazy. I even admit it, I am super duper lazy! So anyways I think I am going to join you all here! And keep up with the thread.
I have already decided that I am going to start eating.cooking healthier, I bought the Hungry Girl Cookbook and it is awesome. I am trying to stick with the WW points plan. I am still trying to look for exercise suggestions, gym membership is out of the question right now because I am not working and DBF just got laid off.
I was thinking about taking a pilates class at the Community College.
Well I've alrwady said a lot so that's it for now.

Welcome! hug I bought the Hungry Girl cookbook as well. I haven't used it that much, but I did like some of the recipes. The WW points plan helped one of my roommates lose 30lbs but unfortunately she stopped and gained it back. So it's important to stick with something and learn from it, so when you do eventually stop the program, you'll remember how to keep controlling your portions, etc. As for exercise, since it's nice out, maybe go for lots of walks with your baby? I don't have kids, so I don't know how hard it can be to get out when you have little ones at home.

Good luck and keep us posted!
