Cable iirc is CCA so recommend using a better quality solid copper cat5e/cat6 cable, ideally use bulk cable and cut to the lengths you need.
For more info on cabling please see the wiki here:

UPDATE: 12/31/2017 for those just looking at this deal
Both cameras have some very nice specs. If properly installed they should do well outdoor due to their IP67 rating and wide temp range.
Note the 2.1MP camera has a larger sensor than the 4.1MP camera - this may mean that it will out perform the 4.1MP camera in low light if the chip tech is the same.
Of course you will need to test this.
Camera 2.1MP - LV-PB912F4C
1/2.8" sensor
4mm,Angle of view: 83.6°

Operating conditions -22°F ~ 140 °F(-30 °C ~ 60 °C ) humidity 95% or less (non-condensing)

Thanks for the tip. I am tempted to pickup this package just for the POE NVR and the 2 4mp cameras. The NVR alone is $300 at LaView and the 2 4mp cameras are also over $250. By chance, do you know if the NVR will work with the Dahua turret cameras? Thanks.

LaView uses Hikvision as their OEM, so while the Dahua OEM cameras will work up to the ONVIF specs (i.e. the basic interoperability ), the more advanced features ( those beyond the ONVIF spec ) will not be supported. ( Hik and dahua use different APIs )
SO, if you can you want to use Dahua OEM NVRs with Dahua OEM cameras, and Hikvision OEM NVRs with Hikvision OEM cameras to get the maximum compatibility.
Of course the other option is to use Blue Iris on a dedicated windows i5/i7 PC.

Looks like the same cameras I got in the LaView Newgg BF deal; just that that particular deal came with 6 cameras (x4 2MP, x2 4MP)
Officially the best option is a "surveillance" rated HDD - either WD purple or Seagate Skyhawk.
You can probably do fine with a NAS drive also.
Check out the last posts in this thread - when I notice HDD deals for security cameras I post them there...
