There is no specific end date for the program.

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid, Powerade & Powerade Zero, Fuze, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab.

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

For people who started the Bracket Refresh late, like me, and therefore won't be getting 15 seeds to guarantee a Visa card, here is an encouraging tidbit...

I just checked the last 20 tournaments. So there would theoretically be 40 Visa card winning teams from them. Of those 40, only 7 have been teams that would have been reseeded 3rd or 4th. And only twice (both times involving UConn) has both teams been a 3 or a 4 after a theoretical reseed, with both being a 3 vs 4 Final.

So, if you are getting a bunch of 1s and 2s, but your 3 and 4 column on your spreadsheet is sadly bare, don't fret. To be honest, I was actually a little surprised it was even that many. But still, in 20 years, #3 reseeds have only made it to the Final 5 times and #4 reseeds only twice.

Personally, I came so late that I am not going to end up with all the 1 and 2 seeds. But someone who came late, but not as late as me and therefore ends up with 11 or 12 might. I have gotten lucky with the 12 seeds over 2 accounts that I have gotten. Nine of them are 1 or 2, with only two 3s and one 4. So if I am lucky enough to get 6 more days worth, I may just fill all the 1 and 2 seeds.

McReggie, I checked my accounts and the majority of my accounts have at least 11 seeds so I have a pretty good chance of getting a VISA card?

Racergirl, unless you are registered with Coke Rewards as having a birthday in the current month, you won't get the email. Mine came on March 1st.

I got the $5 Amazon from the Holiday promos. I got 2 different $5 Amazon across three accounts. They sent duplicate emails, one without a redemption link and one with a link. The Amazon gift code is in plain text in the emails, which doesn't seem very secure.
