I would not believe that there is 20,000mah in this pack, just look at the dimensions,
6.6 x 4.4 x 0.56inches, it is way too small

0 chance a charger of that size is 20k mah. A friend of mine has one of similar size that claims it is 12mah and it falls very short of half that

Is the capacity biggest complaint on this? If this has even 12k mah I think it's worth it for $10.....I'm more concerned of safety like catching on fire.

Bought one for travel. If it can charge my phone and switch at the same time, that's all I need even if it doesn't hit the 20k mark.

I think that's the biggest problem. Someone gave me a 10,000 mah battery pack for Christmas and it charged my LG G6 1x before going to 20%. But with any battery question, YMMV (was the screen on during charging? were you downloading a Netflix movie in the background? etc.). Also, I think that batteries will need a couple of charge/discharge cycles to get to max. capacity.

At least, that's what I'm hoping!
