Amazon sellers want to improve the traffic of listing, they usually do promotion on deals site, like slickdeals, groupon, kinja,,,then when the buyers want to buy this kind of products, usually go to the deals sites to get the code. (by the way, amazon sellers get the code from amazon back platform)

so what you are saying is there's no easy way like a full list of all available coupon codes and I have to scour the internet for these codes daily?

There's a trick that you can use an url link with department code and %off. I've seen several people list the UR link but I can never seem to get them to work. Here's an example: http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/?...-off=95-99
