Outside of the center is blurry so I have to move my head more than my eyes. About my only gripe.
Been playing steam VR titles without issue. Same with any windows mixed reality title.
It came free with my Alienware from the BB promo. Works on the Alienware (i7, 1070), desktop (i5, 980) and older Asus ROG laptop (i7, 965m).
Windows mixed reality works well on all of them. Steam VR and steam games run terrible on the Asus, it's just too much for the 965m.

Cons:
Controller tracking is almost non-existent when you move the controllers out of the range of the cameras on the front of the headset.
Controllers can feel a bit cheap.

No microphone on headsets.
Pros:
Inside out tracking doesn't require any external sensors and it's really easy to set up.
Higher resolution displays vs Vive and Rift.
Controllers have a track pad and joysticks making them compatible with games from Vive and Rift.
If you are at all interested in VR, this is a great way to get into it. There are a LOT of free content on SteamVR and this headset works with most of it. My recommendation is either the Dell or the Lenovo. The Dell has excellent build quality and has a FOV of between 110° and 105° (depending on what source you ask). The only downside is the weight of around 600g. The Lenovo has the same FOV and weighs less, but suffers in the build quality and is a bit more expensive.
The HP and the Acer headset are alright, but they both have a FOV of 95°. The HP is built well, has the best headphone jack placement and has a detachable cable, but is heavy. The Acer looks and feels cheap but is really light and comfortable.
Other quirks:
Not all USB 3 ports are compatible. Try the Mixed Reality test application on the Windows 10 store.
Controllers have AA batteries instead of rechargable.
HDMI port must be HDMI 2.0 to get 90hz refresh rate.
Cable length is 4 meters long.
Overall, this is the real deal and provides timescale VR and an incredible price. If you've ever even considered VR and have a PC that can run it, I would say take the plunge and buy one.
