i don't know if this is true about all the flavors, but the 3 that i tried (mint chip, mixed berry, chocolate sea salt) were very, very dense. a bit hard to chew/eat/bite but they taste decent

These are super clean. I love them. Only thing is that it is chewy and hard and sticks to teeth briefly, but it isn't too sweet and is why I love them
