Sam's has their 56 ounce organic virgin coconut oil for $10.98 every day. Just for comparison.

What's the health consensus on this stuff? I know it was a craze for a bit because...I think doctor Oz ranted about it being so much better than EVOO, but I think most of that has been disproven.

Been cooking with avocado oil lately and might switch it up.

When using this in cooking, it WILL change the taste of your food. So if you don't like the taste of coconut, avoid for that purpose. We actually use this for moisturizing hair and preventing dry ends and frizz.

This works great to make stovetop popcorn… only better thing is ghee for the hint of butter flavor.

Can we trust Amazon to bring us clean coconut oil? But why are these companies putting it in this kind of plastic bottle? Wouldn't HDPE #2 be better?
Some find the oil on their skin heavy and very pore-clogging.

no coupon for me. I guess Jeff Bezos is feeling stingy today - I'm sure he personally approves these coupons.

In addition to using this in your green smoothies, you may use this as moisturizing for your skin. Use this and mix some baking soda and warm it in microwave and apply on your face and whole body. Leave it several hours or overnight and wash it off as usual in shower. Your sk8n will come exfoliate moisturized as well as brightened up. No need for expensive body moisturizing creams or lotion that could clog your skin pores. This natural stuff is healthier.

Absolutely, he really needs to save up that coupon money for his next $70 million party!
