Do some research. I'll give you a good start though. First number is cold weight. My opinion is lower the better. Second number is what matters. Don't differentiate on that unless your operation outside of manufacture specs and really know what your doing.
0w-20 will work. Only reason to suggest a 5w-20 is so it doesn't have to be a full synthetic. They can't make conventional oil at a 0w-20 and don't think they can on synthetic blends either. I'm just a guy on the internet so do a little research to confirm. I wouldn't switch between conventional and synthetic, but ymmv.
