When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! You are in the completely OT thread. Talk about anything you would like. Yahoo!

I live in SoCal, but I am nice enough to not rub it in. BTW, it is rainy and *chilly* here. Coast will only get up to low 50's, inland will only get up to mid 40's today and they are calling for 30 degrees and snow in the mountains. So even in the land of paradise it is cold. Secret we pay big bucks for it to be sunny & 70, not worth it IMO! Mind you I was born and raised in the Midwest.

nod Farked up a couple of my orders last year during the Gladay - Oust clearance.
Thanks Thrifty for the info! Also thanks for the q's you emailed me a few weeks ago! You have save me tons of $$$! I live in the Bay Area and it is FREEZING and rainy up here too! Although there is some sun peeking through now!

He doesn't like regular milk. She tried that. He still drinks it with cereal to go to sleep. I never liked it either and still do not.. vomit
DD didn't like milk at first either. So I mixed 1/2 formula and 1/2 milk for 1 week. Then 1/4 formula and 3/4 milk. Then I tried regular milk and she took it!

I was the Windshield with a capital W today! We were out of town at Disney the end of last week and all weekend and even though my sister wanted to do a T run in Orlando, I was just too tired. Went today with DS in tow and had a great W-I-S-P-y run followed by a just Glad-ay. I might try to do another good run tonight before the fun is all over. Kinda of makes me sad to say goodbye - or I guess goodbuy in Target's case.

And since I missed all the fun this weekend... my first concert was Jimmy Buffet and it's 76 degrees here today.

Thanks! That's why I love it here, we can talk about anything and everyone is nice!!

Since we're all talking about the weather, I have to say, I wish we had some snow here. I don't need the -25 or anything, just something below 60 to kind of help me get in the mood for Christmas. Just doesn't seem like winter when the kids are wearing shorts and flip-flops!

Weather here is a balmy 75 degrees (but feels like 86!). It's a little warm... I do wish we could get cooler temperatures! Big Grin
Just asking for it aren't ya? LMAO

I got all the way to work this morning to find out they called a 2 hour delay for school this morning. UGH! That just wrecks my whole day. They couldn't get the ice off of any of the school buses....so they sprayed them down with hot water! shake head

The only nice thing about that was that when I finally got in my bus to do the route, it had been running for 3 hours. Nice and toasty.

________
I think I got "spanked" in the deal forum yesterday.Frown
Now I think I feel bad.

PS the new store in Richmond, Macdonald exit is NOT q friendly!!

Ha... Funny that you just mentioned the outside cats. There are two outside that I am not able to bring into the house or warmer area, so I just flew into "MacGyver mode", and ran to the pet store, picked up two big heated dog water bowls, grabbed a huge styrofoam box we had, and created a little house for them in an out-building we have. They aren't stupid, they hop right in the heated bowls and look like two chickens sitting in nests.

This weather is so hard on the poor little animals and birdies.

Yes! Me too! This was my 1st time at this store, I don't get out that way much anymore. They had a lot of refills and plugins. Scrutinized every q and wouldn't take any "web coupons", IPQs!

Also the North Napa T wasn't Q friendly either! The South Marketplace 1 is very friendly though! I forgot I hit those store too!

Yeah! I hate 2 lane highways too! It only takes about 20 minutes to get to the South 1. I use to work next door to that store at Office Depot, before I started doing the Target deals. Sometimes I wish I still worked there just so I could have done 3 or more glade deals a day! laugh out loud I was already in that store enough that they started calling me the Office Depot lady. Made me feel old! I am only 25! Just think I could have been the Office Depot Coupon lady! LMAO

Can someone tell me how they are getting cheap baby formula? Doesn't matter which brand. My friends grandbaby (baby now since her daughter doesnt want to be a mom at 19) has turned 1 and wants to keep giving him formula for the vitamins and nutrients. WIC has stopped. She wants to get enough to last for 3 more months. I only keep up with the diapers for her and never looked at formula deals. I will be greatly appreciative for any info..thanks

IM WEARING SHORTS RIGHT NOW!!!! Yahoo!
They also make step 2 formulas. Enfamil makes Next Step for 9-24months. Since it wont be his primary form of food, the large can should last a while. I have 2 $5 checks, but they expire on 12/31 and with the post office acting crazy, I dont think they would do you much good.

Check Craigslist. There are always people posting formula on there. My friend actually bought a case pretty cheap and some stores (wags for sure) will let you trade for equal value as long as the can is sealed and they can resell it.. So she bought some cheap formula and traded for Step 2.

AND, he should be eligible for WIC until he's 5 right? Good luck

ETA~ my local Craigslist has about 45 listings for various formulas. The good thing is no shipping nod

He will get it until he is 5, but they will only do formula until age 1...
What about asking the dr if they have any samples?
Or possibly freecycle? I know when I got all my free samples after my son was born I gave them away on freecycle.
