OK maybe you are in a hurry for this but a friend got the a590 free for applying for and using the discovercard. I got an ipod. I will pm you with the details, no referrals or anything.
DITTO! Got the same deal and my camera arrived from Amazon in about 2 weeks. Maybe less. I was shocked. The quality is good and it takes nice pictures. It's Canon with 8mp. sweet! I have 2 other Canon digital elphs and LOVE THEM LIKE CRAZY. They are such good cameras. These things have hit the ground so many times, ride around in my purse, crash around the car, etc. and they keep ticking and take fantastic pictures. I cannot say enough about Canon!

Quote from audriannasmama :
Yes SLR are much much better but much more pricey. (Nikon does seem to have the best slrs) For point and shoot canon is the way to go.

YES! I hope the CVS' are here sooner rather than later! I have read about some of the deals people get a CVS and have been wishing!!
I have a Canon Rebel SLR and I don't know how to work a fraction of the features Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) I need to take a photography class and learn how to use it because if I accidently do something right, the pics are AMAZING. I would love the Digital Rebel, but I would reallllly need classes to learn to use that one LMAO

Our Venus gift sets were 7.XX as well! I bought one (with a $4 coupon) for my sister. I am hoping they will go 50% off and I will use the rest of my $4 coupons! They had 2 shelves STUFFED with these!

I found 2 lonely Fusion gift sets, and they were 7.XX as well. I bought one for DH (from Santa) and left the other.
Brought here just bc....

Are these sets that everyone keeps mentioning in a seperate spot than the other razors??? I have looked and am not finding them! I am usually behind other ppl's schedules for clearance, but if some stores have them at 30% and 50% off, then mine should be at least 15% off Dontknow
TIA for any help Smilie Please

Just got back from my son 2 yr checkup.. his weight is still below the graph..only 21 pounds.. he is picky eater unlike his big sister. I usually give him nutripals but now may consider buying duo-cal. A coworker used it and buys it from ebay.. pretty pricey.. anyone have used this or advice where to get this cheaper? sorry, just frustrated right now.
hug I know it's hard, but try not to worry too much. Did the doctor give you any advice? Did he/she seem worried at all? Has your son always been slim?

Quote from kiran6779 :
I'm so sorry to hear that. But no need to really stress over it. My 4 year old only weighs 32.5 pounds, on the other hand my 2 year old weights 31 pounds. My 4 year old is super skinney, and a horrible eater. Her doctor says to not really stress over it. As long as they are on the same curve as birth, that it is not really any problems. She has always been small.

Sometimes she only wants pizza and I just give her want she wants to eat, and there are days when she'll hardly eat and days when she'll eat all day long.
My 2 kids sound a lot like yours. My 5 yr old ds is super skinny. I have to buy him jeans in a 6 slim and then adjust the waist down as far as they will possible go and no joke here - he has shorts that are a size 2T!!! They were made to be long on a two yr old so they aren't too short on him and they kind of fit around the waist although they are still a little big. My 3 yr old, on the other had is pretty average. For the last year or so they have been 1 to 2 lbs apart in weight but like your Dr., our doctor doesn't seem too worried. My oldest has always been very slim. He was long at birth but weighed 5 lbs and he's always been around 10% in weight and 75% in height. Dr. says as long as he doesn't see a sudden drop in % then there is nothing to worry about. We still give him whole milk and other healthy yet fattening things along with pedisure or carnation instant breakfast in all of his milk but that's about it. Oh, I do add a protein supplement sometimes because he's not a meat eater. DD was a preemie but caught up very quickly and hasn't stopped eating yet!!! Funny how 2 kids from the same family can be so different!

thanks y'all. My doc did not seem to worry and kept saying that I am not big myself.. since his bloodwork was normal.. she says she could refer me to endrocinologist to checkout growth hormone, but I will just give him time. hoping for a growth spurt. I just need some comfort and perspective.. you guys are super!Stick Out Tongue

BTW, glade fan and oust candles are clearanced and pediasure are 9.99.
Dont stress about it! My oldest was in the under 5% his whole life, still is skinny, he just turned 15 and only weighs 100 lbs.

Now my little guys, who is only 21 mo old, is weighing it at 32 lbs, he is off the chart above 95% for his height and weight.

Every kid grows at his own pace. As long as he is staying on the same curve, he is good. You can always get some pediasure and make milkshakes with it. But before doing anything else consult with your Ped, if he becomes to really like the pediasure or other stuff, he will not want to eat or try new foods. You just keep trying with foods he likes, and introduce some new ones.

Hope that helps. If not send him here apparently I like to fatten up the little ones. Btw Ryans favorite food right now, Stouffers Mac and Cheese, he can eat the whole thing himself.

My T had the Venus kits marked at 5.55 clearance price. I used a $4 MQ so 1.55 AC Wink Sweet!

The Schick gift sets are also clearancing at 8.48 here, so after the $4 peelie, 4.48. They include a full 4 count of energizer batteries, a razor with cartridge, a 4 pack of cartridges, etc. Great deal! There was only 3 so I pounced laugh out loud

oh, and skinny kid here too. He's an 8 in height and a 4t in the waist...makes for interesting jeans shopping Blink

I was so bummed today. I wasn't able to go to the mall during my lunch. But my sweet DH offered, so i gave him 2 JCP coupons, and gave him my GC from BBW and asked him to roll and buy another $50 GC for me. And sent him off to the mall with my fingers crossed.

He just called me and was able to buy a scarf for himself with 1 coupon and he also got me 4 pairs of socks with the other coupon. He also got me another $50 GC, plus $15 promo GC. And even picked up my lancome mascara from macy's. He is such a sweetheart..........sometimes.

Had to post because nobody at work cares about my coupons!

Oh and then we had a gift exchange at work (why I couldn't go shopping at lunch), and my secret santa got me an Old Navy GC. Why couldn't it be a Target GC???

I was actually jealous, when 2 other people got Target GC's...............

I know I'm lame.

Sorry for the long multi-quote!

Quote from carebearsluv :
:omg : And I missed it!!!! Sadwalk
Aw, yeah I hate it when I miss deals! Comfort Sorry!

Quote from audriannasmama :
Aww me too! I need some detergent too! I live in apartment and usually do laundry @ my parents so I'd love to get them some to stuck up on and keep here in case of emergency and use the washer/dryer in the complex.
I remember reading about the deal but I was wayyyyyy to caught up in GLA DAY!!! I think I was on an apple cinnamon high all week!!
laugh out loud Yeah, the Glad-ay definitely took some of my time too! I didn't spend as much time on it as I should have, but I had other deals to worry about!!

Quote from carebearsluv :
I know! I try to focus on perfecting one deal at a time, I am finding it hard to multi-task. Plus, I am still pretty new at this.

Oh well, maybe next time.
It's really hard to keep up with the different stores and their deals. I get so overwhelmed at times and can only do a couple of runs a week! I get jealous of people that can do 3-4 runs a day!!

Quote from sbhiggins :
laugh out loud I was going to say the same thing!! (But I didn't want to rub it in. . . Evillaugh)
Embarrassment I didn't mean to rub it in! Just wanted to share the info... There's a toilet paper deal this week (Cottonelle - 4-pk double rolls for $1.99 plus any MQ's you may have...if anyone is looking for some toilet paper) at Wags. And Lipton Tea, if you still have those $1 peelies - the boxes of tea are $1.99 as well so it'll be .99 a box if you need some. Bounty is 2/$3 for 138 sheet paper towels plus any q's you may have for that...

Quote from ArielA :
Iagree That slr or dslr are more expensive, but I personally think they are sooooo worth the price! I was soo against it when J wanted one. I was like $1000 bucks for a freaking camera, you are out of your mind!!! OMG *snip*
My DH was pushing to have us get a DSLR...I resisted simply because they are too expensive!! I also haven't had the time to learn the manual modes of cameras and so we went with the one just below the DSLR's...the new one with 20x optical zoom - the Canon Powershot SX10is. I really like this camera as it's a step up from what I was used to and a step below where I could eventually go.

Quote from stormy_cat :

and sorry no I dont have the ,mixer. I Have a Kitchenaid mixer from 20 years ago and it works beautifully, It is well worth the money.
I've always wanted a Kitchenaid mixer!! In red!! drool

hug Just like what everyone else has been saying...if your DS is following the same general curve since birth, then there's no need to worry. If it was a sudden drop in weight, then there may be some concerns. My sister's DD is below the 6% of her age group's weight (she's 23 months). The doctor did show some concern only because she went from 6% to 4% in a couple of months. My sister was freaking out but the Dr just said to try and feed her fatty stuff (but healthy). She's been giving her peanut butter and avocados and stuff like that, but my neice is still pretty skinny. My DD is 15 months and is 24lbs, 2oz. She's at the 68% (or something like that) but used to be at the 98%. Each child grows differently!

hug Of course you didn't; you are a sweetheart. Smilie I was just teasing you.

So, I spent another 1/2 day at the OB Triage. Frown All morning I felt like I couldn't breathe right and that my heart was racing, my head was woozy and a little bit dizzy. Finally called and they told me to come in.

So I spent about an hour hooked up to a whole bunch of monitors and stuff. Every single reading they got on the baby, they said, "That's perfect," or "That's right where it should be." And mine were all fine too. Which makes me happy, of course- but also, what the heck is wrong with me??? Sadwalk

So then I came home and slept most of the afternoon. Embarrassment

Oh well, grading/letters of recommendation/moving books out of my study so it can become a nursery can wait for another day I guess. . .
