Dear lawd someone help me, DD has put off getting her secret santa something. Every time she is at the store with me I have reminded her. First it is like pulling teeth to get her to come to the store with me. Then she gets all picky and I say forget it. Monday was something sweet, gave her a box of chocolates, today was something silly I told her to give him a magnetix car from the stockpile in the garage (they are 13 yo's) she ended up taking a Polly Pocket. Now tomorrow is the real gift (personally, too many gifts for a secret santa). She spent the evening watching a movie with her dad and now she is whining about the gift. I sent the both of them out to the garage and told them to figure it out. SERIOUSLY it is nearly 9:30. Ummmm, not my problem. And it should not be coming out of my pocket either.

So, I spent another 1/2 day at the OB Triage.
So I spent about an hour hooked up to a whole bunch of monitors and stuff. Every single reading they got on the baby, they said, "That's perfect," or "That's right where it should be." And mine were all fine too. Which makes me happy, of course- but also, what the heck is wrong with me???
So then I came home and slept most of the afternoon.
Oh well, grading/letters of recommendation/moving books out of my study so it can become a nursery can wait for another day I guess. . .
