Pacific Rim is one of the best 3D movies if you have a theater at home. Before others chime in-I agree 3D on a 70" tv is gimmicky and sucks...but on a 150"+, it is awesome.

I only have a 50" and I love the 3D on it. When the upstairs tv dies the 50 goes up there, then the 50 in the basement gets replaced with a 3D projector Smilie

Yeah, the 3D craze was a bust... with a few exceptions, TV manufacturers aren't really including 3D anymore. As petty as it sounds, the need for glasses was too much of an inconvenience for most. 4K is the new fad, but it seems to be taking hold.
