What you should have done (and could do in 30 days if you wish to reapply) is to simply apply as a "Sole Proprietor". From that point, pick a category/subcategory that makes sense for you, put minimal levels of income and years in business. I have gotten 3 Chase business cards doing exactly that (2 using my SSN, the 3rd with an EIN), as have a large number of other people - oddly enough, it is easier to get approved following those steps than for legitimate small business owners applying for their businesses.
One thing to know, the buyer protections granted to customers of non-business VISA cards may not come with the business card. You may want to check carefully before using this card for higher risk purchases.

That's why they're asking for documentation. if you goofed, you can try reapplying, but you should wait at least 30 days before doing that.
Wow. I didn't know we can use our own name as business name 🙄
You can try calling the reconsideration line and ask if they can modify your existing application to 'correct' your business name - some people have succeeded, though it is very much YMMV. Otherwise, accept that your application will be rejected and that you wasted a hard pull for nothing and wait 30+ days to reapply.
Yes, we sell on our website and and on Amazon and ship a lot. That's actually our negotiated rate. Had we been paying retail, it'd have been almost double that.
We ended up applying for the other ink card with 80k bonus and got instant approval. We'll use that solely for shipping and our phone bills because it also introduces cell phone coverage.

Should have applied for 2 diff cards and put 3k on this one (since that's the min spend) and the other 1k + regular expenses on the second card. Hope that 4k vacation includes flights too or you have a lot to learn grashoppa.
980 for the flights and about 3000 for the Sandals Ochi resort for two. Was thinking about applying for southwest(the airline I choose to fly with) credit card and get $150 or $200 off for flights but then I had to deal with the annual fee and pull to my credit score, so I just settle just for the chase ink
