And I think Danny will win. He's younger, and he's "grown" a lot during the show, and Ramsey typically likes that.

It is hard for me to say who will win. Both Danny & Paula have been consistantly good throughout the competition. Either one would deserve it.
Danny is from a town not to far from mine. They had him on the news last night. A bunch of contestants flew in for the grand opening of his restaurant on the coast. It looked like a lot of fun.
Funny observation, Ben looks MUCH thinner on local news than on the show

The restaurant that opened last night is his very own. It is called Flip-Flops. It is a seafood place. So one of two possibilities:
1) He lost the show so he just opened his own place
or
2) He used the $250K from winning to open his own place
...guess we will see soon.
At the opening was Giovanni, Ben, Robert & Danny. They looked like they were having a really good time.

I hoped it would be completely different from last year (last year was the first year I started watching HK), but they repeated bringing the family in. They repeated some other things, they're going to repeat designing the kitchens and menu's, etc.
