Mavic Pro (refurbished) from official DJI Store on Ebay. I had 8% Ebay Bucks offer which gave me $50 in ebay bucks. This makes it a slicker deal than the previous FP deal which ended yesterday.
NO TAX. (At least from NY, where I ordered).
Don't forget to use Chase Freedom through PayPal for additional 5% CB

If DJI has a direct sell of this item (That can also save them at least 13 percent chargers from paypal and ebay seller fee) I'll buy this drone directly from them. But ebay! NEVER again.
EBAY SUCKS. Even more so recently and not sure what has gone wrong with them. Doesn't matter you are a seller or a buyer. Period.
You're half right.
Ebay sucks for sellers.
Ebay is perfect for buyers.
Especially for this deal. Consider this:
Possibility #1 - You buy from ebay, item arrives broken, you return. You're a little disappointed but since ebay will always side with the buyer, you have no concerns and you definitely get your money back.
Possibility #2 - you buy directly from DJI. You cannot simply return the item. You have to go through DJI's notoriously bad method for making a flawed drone right by sending it in for repair. Takes weeks. In some cases months. Then you get it back eventually and hope that your problem actually got fixed.
Word of advice for new mavic buyers - check the gimbal after calibration to make sure there's no vibration. I had this problem right out of the box and wouldn't have noticed had I not checked the sample videos I took. It's a common problem out of the box with an imbalance in the camera.
