- You need to have a Google account to sign-in to get the deal.
- You can do financing ($ 649 Pixel 2 XL for $27.04 / month).

I think this is a much better deal than the $100 credit from previous promo.

Terms and condition:
Discount applies to Pixel 2 XL devices purchased from fi.google.com, with activation required within 30 days of device shipment. The discounted price ($150 off of $849 64 GB Pixel 2 XL or $150 off of $949 128 GB Pixel 2 XL) will automatically apply during checkout, but if Fi is not activated within 30 days of device shipment, the discounted amount will be charged to your Google Payments account to match the full price of the device. There is no minimum activation time needed to be eligible for the discount. This offer is valid from 11:00 PM PT on 4/21/2018 to 11:00 PM PT on 4/22/2018, or while supplies last. This offer is only available for U.S. residents ages 18 and older with a Google Payments and Project Fi account. There is a limit of 1 discounted Pixel 2 XL per customer and a limit of 1 discounted device per group plan member. This offer cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated, and terms are subject to applicable laws. The offer is void where prohibited.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Good deal for people on fi.

Nice to have fi support handle any issues with your device and be able to pay device protection through them.

I have Fi and I'm trying to order this with my AMEX. Of course, they consider my AMEX Preferred a prepaid card and wont let me order it. I even chatted with them and then they blamed AMEX for not authorizing it (which I verified with AMEX is not true).

I love the service but this is the 2nd time I've reached out to support and both times have been a huge letdown.

Then use a visa or MC (credit cards)... AMEX has always been a charge card...

No, it's definitely not. They have some charge cards and some credit cards.

Besides, my Amex gives me cell hpone protection in case it's breaks, etc. MC and Visa's protection sucks in comparison

Still $699 for Pixel2 XL...ok deal I guess. But with Pixel 3 coming out this year, I'd wait if you can.

This is a good deal for this phone but I want to let you guys know (because I had to find out the hard way) that there is a problem with the Pixel 2 that makes it very difficult to play PUBG or any other fps games. It takes the fun out of it. The multitouch doesn't work properly and the screen will be all jittery when panning with 2 fingers on the screen . You can read more about the problem here... https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/70344455

How about a discount on the normal size Pixel 2 without the crappy screen issues?

Title should be changed -- I'm pretty sure you can cancel fi service after just 1 day (not one month). As per the fine print, "There is no minimum activation time needed to be eligible for the discount."

It wasn't hard to find...

It says 90 days but my fiance just recently submitted a broken Nexus 5X with her card that was cracked and she owned for over a year. AMEX reimbursed her 100% within 48 hours
