Isn't this the price it usually is? I think this comes down sometimes more $300-350-ish, waiting for that price point again before buying.

I bit. My main bass is a Lakland I paid around $700 for used many moons ago. At this price I can justify getting this to have as it's a short scale bass that will be a convenient practice and recording bass. Good reviews except for a potentially buggy pickup selector switch. That's an easy fix.

You may have bookmarked their secret pricing page with the ?emailprice=t parameter in URL and when you visit the page it will always show the deal price whenever available. This may not be a super deal but it's not regular price for sure.

Don't think I'd ever use that last fret anyways. Can anyone comment on the pros and cons of this shorter size? I'm guessing I wouldn't notice much difference.
