Newegg currently has CORSAIR CX Series CX450 450W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply for $19.99 after mail in rebate
It is a hassle to go through main in rebates, but I feel that this is much better power supply than the Thermaltake one that was recently posted here
I have good experience with Corsair power supplies and never had an issue with them in my builds

I'm using a similar PSU in an HTPC with a 1060 and it's perfect.
Scale back the graphics to a 1070 or 1060 you'd be fine.
