Configuration doesn't quite add up on Dell's page. The best you can do is a 460 Watt PSU with the GTX1070. Nvidia's page says recommended minimum PSU for the GTX1070 is 500W. Probably explains why some of the reviewers are saying their system crashed while using it.

Doubt it. Probably a FE Model. I have the i5/1060 of this exact system and it's an FE.

No. I bought this exact model from the same site. I think only the AMD version has liquid cooling.

Great machine though.

Was thinking of buying a second one as a gift.

Dell does liquid cooling builds if you have one of the unlocked K processors, otherwise it's just a standard blower.
(Of course on their website you can select a liquid cooler for a regular 8700 or 8600 processor)

I saw the price of 1090 thinking of it as a graphics card. Like when did they release a GTX 1090?!

Awezome. No doubt its a good deal. And wasn't really worried about the PC being able to reply on SD. Just not familiar w/ Rakuten customer service and the warranty. Hopefully you won't have to worry about either...
