I would do the opposite - $72 is a great price so I would order first, then order a second from Amazon if cheaper.

I suck at cooking and this thing is amazing, best money I've spent on a kitchen gadget ever.

Does anyone really use wifi for a sous vide? Just turn it on when you put the food in. Why are you going to set it all up and then go get your phone to control it? And it's not like you're going to put a bunch of meat in a room temperature water bath before work and leave it there all day and then turn it on several hours later.
