Like others had said on other posts, it's a good deal if you need a ssd drive now, if not in a rush, wait a little and prices will prob go down. So far, the price been at $100 for the last 4 weeks. My opinion, if you do the research on most reputable tech websites, they usually rated the Samsung evo or pro, one of the best. I've recently bought a Samsung evo 860 500gb, it's the best upgrade for my 6-7 year old hp desktop. It went from loading windows 10 at around 1-2 mins to 4-5 seconds. My mind was blown.

Is this a good deal? I've seen others at around $70 like adata ssds
It's an alright deal for the brand/model. Not the best, but SSDs have been tanking in price lately. I wouldn't really expect them to go that much lower (gut feeling).

I keep seeing on every SSD deal there is talk of prices tanking, but I'm not sure about that. In 2014, I bought a Samsung 840 Pro 256GB for $140. Four years later, I can buy a Samsung 850 Pro for $160.
