Stick with 23 and Me. It's worth the extra $.

Ancestry DNA tests autosomal DNA only. NatGeo and 23andme test autosomal, mitochondrial dna, and Y chromosome dna for men. Ancestry's strength is going to be in their database and ability to find relatives. If you're not interested in that, e.g. you want information on more distant ancestors, go with 23andme or NatGeo. You will be able to track your specific haplogroups as more research is done in genetic anthropology.

With the 23andMe, you get a nice health report. With Ancestry, you can download your own data and pay $10 for a promethease report. Most people find the 23andMe health report to be more understandable than the promethease data dump.

The other one includes Medical and other information. FWIW, I've read that Ancestry DNA is better for Southeast Asians and Polynesians as Ancestry has a better database for those ethnicities.
