actually it's a good vacuum. washable parts too.
Great suction always but really bad design
First off the cord is on the wrong side
It is on the right side if you are behind the vaccum ,it should be on the left so you can push the vaccum with your right hand and mind the cord with your left ,this is great if you are a South paw though
The worst thing is that this vaccum tips over all of the time in canister mode
So you need to always carry it
The hose is the part about it I hate the most and is what makes it tip over constantly
Fist of all it is a short hose and second it is an accordian style hose
Both horrible choices for a vaccum that tips over if you breath the wrong way
It is only good for convenient storage which I like but at this point after it tipping so much and scratching and damaging my appliances and furniture and needing to carry it all the time in canister mode (and it is a heavy bastard)
I feel like cutting up the hose and splicing in an old school vaccum hose that is long and doesn't accordian
The problem with it is that once you vaccum anything with it and the suction is even mildly restricted then the hose contracts and pulls on the canister and it tips
So you need to carry it to do anything unless you want it tipping over and scratching and damaging furniture ,hardwood floors and appliances
Which makes it a huge pain in the ass to use , especially when I do my sofa with the rotating pet brush attachment
I need to use both hands to use the pet brush properly and so I have to hold the canister between my thighs
because the hose is too short and it accordians and tips the back over if I don't
