To those thumbs downing please realize this:

Sometimes, this is your only recourse.

They will refuse to do the price change in the hopes you won't take the time to do the return.

I had this happen with Amazon, and then funny enough, they ended up messing it up and I ended up with 2 of the same item, with an APPROVAL from amazon to keep it.

I bought this TV yesterday at the "sale" price, tried the BB chat online and they refused to do a price adjustment, claiming the coupon wasn't valid. Ugh. Not sure if it's worth the time to reset it, package it all up, return and rebuy.

I can't comment on this set but I have the previous year model (s415) and me and my wife use one for work purposes and it does a nice job for ~$280.

3 HDMI ports and 4:4:4 for 4K. HDR sucks on it though (not a wide enough color gamut I believe)
