ooh, you're quite clever.

There are obviously different methods of pricing things. If I were able to buy a new laptop at $5, I would not sell it to you for $10, even though it would be at a 100% profit

What I was wondering in my previous post (hence me not knowing which department to blame) is whether they bought the guitars at too close to retail, or if they just miscalculated the price at which they could sell these quickly.

Thanks for playing.
If they are gonna sell me 1 dozen guitars for that price, I am ready to buy and sell those on ebay on no-profit/no-loss basis, just to help you guys for BODC LMAO LMAO LMAO LMAO

Ah, you like that new Jack in the Box? And any idea what that new development just across 287 is going to be? I thought it was another gas well, but they have that one going in on sublett and the completed one just down 287 south.
its another pad site.. our other business is commercial wood grinding, and I think we have the contract on that site.

there will be pad's every 640 acres across Tarrant county by the time this is finished... Im down near burleson and from the front pasture, I can count 6 sites that were in view when the rigs were up..

its our only saving grace in this godforsaken economic crunch...

lease on the home site expires in Oct, and with signing bonuses back up around 15k per acre. (down from 27 4-5 months ago... i signed at 2k per acre) they are getting at least the first hole punched in each lease as fast as possible..

Yeah I signed at 26k an acre. Too bad that was only $3,900 cuz my lot was so small.

But I have a friend who only got $500/acre 3 years ago.
