Initially they gave you a dollar off the product in cart. Now they offer the the fire tv at retail cost minus the $35.
Basically your trade in price is $85. Since this is $80, you get the "prime price" rather than an additional $35 off.
Since they did not change the T&C of the offer, you should be able to stack the two offers in a chat with care.
