This has been sitting around $50 for a while on Amazon.com. There are other brands with good reviews that are much cheaper, but for the original Samsung, this is a decent price.

I used to buy these and then they jacked the prices way up so I started buying Pureline filters. They have been great, Ive used 3 so far. Good deal if you want a cheaper alternative. Its just plastic with some charcoal in it.
got this filter for my 2 drawer french door fridge.water and ice have white powder particles in it.all
the chloride and staining.i have had this for 3-4 months, and it's been like this since day 1.water smells and tastes no differant from the tap watere.I took the reading with ppm meter,it is the same reading from both, tap and fridge, give or take -+ 10 ppm.. Won't be buying this again.

I used to buy the three pack from amazon but they were fake. Looks close enough but you can tell its different. I just buy it from Lowe's using gift cards i bought at a discount, CB sites, and a $15 off $50 coupon. The Lowe's one is OEM.

I just checked and I bought it in May for $44
Ok, so I ordered the 2-pack and single pack. All look genuine and all have 2 o-rings on each.
