Home Depot is now selling some refurbished EGO products for about 30% less than new prices. They only have a 1-year warranty instead of the typical 5 years but if that trade-off is worth the price reduction, this is a good deal for some great tools.

It could be (and the main hedge trimmer bare tool is only $99). I posted this for those who want EGO tools but can live with the reduced warranty.

In for the HT2410. Been waiting on a deal on one and am perfectly happy with a refurb. Have had ego tools for years and never a problem and at 70 bucks its worth it to me.

I know both models; I mentioned the $100 one because it's the newer (and probably better) tool. I'm not sure why the HT2400 is priced higher as a bare tool ($130 vs $100), when the HT2410 has a brushless motor and cuts larger branches: https://community.egopowerplus.co...vs-ht-2410

My suggestion is to either buy the $100 tool new or get the refurbished one of that model (2410).

I see they have the 600 CFM backpack blower bare tool for $139. Literally just purchased one from eBay for the same price. Too bad would have been nice to at least get the 1 year warranty for the same price.

TheWireCutter rated the Ego ST1502-SF as their best string trimmer.
I would imagine the $125.30 ST1502SF-FC​ is that trimmer.

I assume the batteries are reconditioned too and have the same 1 year warranty. I couldn't find info about this because it looks like this is the first time EGO has offered their own refurbished products.

I have a number of EGO tools (mower, trimmer, backpack blower, chainsaw, and a hedge trimmer on the way now). They are fantastic. The trimmer with the carbon fiber shaft is great. The pcowerload head makes it a breeze to install new line.
