Good Omens was wonderful, even better than the short story. It was clever and more rounded out than the short story plus it had a wonderful cast.

288 pages is generally considered a novel, not a short story Wink2
I haven't gotten around to watching it yet, I'll probably get an episode in sometime this week.

There are several versions of the book that were printed, some were longer than others. I had a quick look for my copy but couldn't find it as my books are scattered all over the house. I think my copy was from the UK but the American version was 700 words longer.
