Also when you charge your iPhone via usb c port (30 watts) does that mean it leaves just 30 watts for other 4 usb ports? (If u charge simultaneously)
That's wrong. Note 9 supports USB power delivery which this charger provides
Samsung's PD option will NOT give you quick charge. only QC2 or QC3 and Samsung fast charger will allow phone to be "fast charged".
do understand PD standard comes with many voltage/current settings, even 5V/2A is also considered to be PD, which is just a mundane standard that ppl has been using for ages and was standardized by QC1.
further more, if you opt for Samsung DEX, you NEED Samsung fast charger that came with the phone or the dex pad (which is actually NOT QC2/QC3..)

Yes, 60W max combined. The usb pd is capable up to 30W. But the iphone doesnt charge at 30W...i believe its around 18W, ive got this and a mcdodo usbc to lightning cable and it charges fast af on my iphone 8.
