The Newegg store on Ebay has the 1TB Samsung EVO 860 SATA III Solid State Drives on sale for $151.99 as of this time (10/12/2018). Shipping is free.

There seems to be no taxes (in most states?) for the Newegg-Ebay store, whereas Newegg's main website charges taxes in many if not most states now. This is the lowest deal for a 1TB Samsung I've seen so far that doesn't require a limited time promotional code.
