Also, is the Denon X3500 that is often on sale at Fry's for $550 the better value?
Does anyone know if this only applies to resolution? I read this as it will output the same video signal, but it only mentions resolution. Can I have a 4K/60 signal and a 4K/30 signal at the same time? Or will it bump it down to 4K/30 for both like it does resolution?

Denon AVR-X3400H: approx $500 via Greentoe.com
Denon AVR-X3500H: $550 plus tax for me, from Fry's
Yamaha Aventage RX-A870BL: $500 + tax from various sources
These all have more features than I need today. Picking up at a Fry's store means a very long drive for me, and I've had no luck catching Fry's items being in stock for free shipping.
So I'm probably going to get the X3400H via Greentoe.com. Plan B is to wait for Black Friday. Unfortunately there's a chance that the $500 price for the X3400H will increase as the remaining stock decreases.
The TSR 7850 is the equivalent of the RX-V685. Also the A780 is similar but comes with 3 year warranty instead of 2. Wait for Frys to put it on sale for $448 again.
I thought the TSR-7850 was the successor to the popular TSR-7810 but it isnt. 7810 has full set of preouts while 7850 only has preouts for front two channels. And the 7810 has better version of YPAO room calibration.

I have no idea..but I read that, this is a Costco specific model. It is not 399 anymore though.
UPDATE: There were 5 sold during the 1.5 hours I was there (Northern CA).
