Both, cod4 is even rpg-ish in zombies. Is this deal legit though? About to pull the trigger on black ops

This is wayyyyyyy too fishy. I mean....it even says the box is in Spanish but game is english?!?!?!?! Also...34.99 is too good this soon. I mean...how are they making $$$$$? Unless they are HOT...there is NO money to be made. I would pull the trigger if the store had a webpage,reviews, etc...but it feels like bad news. I would like to be proved wrong.
