Cheap Ebay Netflix Subscription Listings, are they legit?

I think answer is no but I want to hear some opinions.
If you do a search on "Netflix 1 Month Subscription" on Ebay you'll see listings offering one month subscription for less than $5, some as low as $2. Sellers will say something about giving you the "login" info and it's good for that month. I've seen deals offering for one year for less than $30. These all sound "shady" to be the least. Are these sellers stealing people accounts and selling their login info? Has anyone ever used one of these services?
If there's a legitimate service (like carpooling with a group of people to use Spotify for like $3/month) please share. I'm interested in using Netflix again but only need one screen (share with someone), i.e. spend only $3-$4 a month for that one screen.

"Netflix Service

I looked at one ad on ebay. There is nothing stopping someone in your "pool" from using "your" profile and janking with your saved shows or watching random crap that will then mess up your suggestions. You're better off finding friends\family that you can do the same thing with.
Its annoying as shit when my kid watches some cartoon series on my profile. I can only imagine the stupid shit that would appear if randos are playing unused profile grab.

"We love people sharing Netflix," said company CEO Reed Hastings at the Consumer Electronics Show 2016, in Las Vegas. "That's a positive thing, not a negative thing."

It's like speeding 1 mile over the speed limit. Is it illegal? Yes. Is it enforced? No.

I don't care about Netflix "so-call" policy; they do that to get more subscribers; I have family members whose friends share accounts all the time. My nephew and his friends do this in college, sharing Neflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc, you name it. It's not like you're stealing, someone pays for the streams and it's being used, that's all. My T-Mobile family plan is filled with 8 people outside my household.
