this is a great price for a great wifi plug. the only issue I have with these is that it blocks the other outlet. works much better than wemo IMO.

I've only had them connected for a couple of days but haven't experienced any problems. Connecting them to my WiFi network was painless using the KASA app. It was just as easy to pair it with my echo to give it voice commands. Delay is very minimal too, almost instant.

The only drawback is the size. One plug will hog an entire wall outlet. I know they have smaller versions but haven't seen a good deal on those yet.

Those short 1' 3-prong extension cords are great for not blocking the other outlet(s).

I picked up two hs105's at my Walmart last weekend for 29.95. I hate when these smart plugs cover up the second receptacle.

I use this to measure my AC usage in the summer, but have now swapped them to hard to reach lights.
Only negative is it blocks other outlets with its size.

I got these when they were $23.99. I've set it up with both Google Home and Alexa. I haven't had any connectivity issues, but I also haven't had any power outages yet either.

Important note, right after you set it up, it asks for a firmware update and you need to be super careful then. I had it on the plug where my lamp usually is, switched it off accidentally and completely bricked one of the two plugs I got.

I talked to TP link customer care and are still waiting to hear back if they will replace that one
