Solo 4K/Blu-Ray: Which version to get?

I'm trying to decide between the "standard" 4K/BR version that goes for just under $30 at places like Amazon, that comes with the typical special features like deleted scenes, commentary, bonus videos, etc., and the Target version that also includes a 40 or so page booklet, for around $33.

What I'm wondering is whether the Target version leaves anything out compared to the "standard" version, or is it basically the "standard" version plus the booklet. If it leaves anything out, I'll just get the "standard" version as I don't really need the booklet and care more about the special features. But if it's the "standard" version + booklet, I'll splurge and spend the extra $5 or so to get it.

Are there sites that review all the different versions?

Also, is the streaming version you get with a disc purchase 4K/UHD or standard HD?

The streaming version will be lower quality than the bluray, regardless if it's 4k or HD. If you're buying the bluray, why do you even care about the streaming version?

Because I might sometimes want to watch it where I don't have the BR or a way to play one, like in a hotel room, via a Fire Stick I brought along.

Not sure what you mean by the ultra version. I just wanted to know if the Target version has everything the other BR/4K versions have, the only difference being different packaging and the booklet.

Nope. Usually focus on deals. I could have asked on an actual SW forum, but it would likely have started a pie war. Plus I was banned from one of them last year for daring to criticize TLJ in a non-approved manner. I'll probably head to Target and see for myself.

Personally, I care for the "bonus" special edition booklets or steelbook editions which cost more than the normal editions. For the booklets, you'll probably glance at it once and never open it again. For the steelbooks, they just take up more space on my movie collection storage bookcase than the normal editions.
