Just received one yesterday for my daughter via the Samsung.com $520 deal.
This deal is working in my cart.
well at the very minimum you need a blue rewards card with 1 reward point. blue cash is the cash back card, not points.
only reason i have such a card is because i mistakenly signed up for the rewards card thinking it was the cash back card. i will say it is worth having - you get more amex offers that do only rewards in points not cash. i just used one that was spend $35 and get 500 amex reward points, can do it 3x. So now i have 1500 points the rewards redemption on that card is only for GC's or you can use it at Amazon directly. 2000 points is about $14 on Amazon (about $0.007 per point, less than the $0.01 per dollar spent on the cash back card).
