Seems like a good deal to me and I thought others may benefit.
Pros:
-If you add up the prices of the components it is a very fair price vs building it yourself
-Walmart: Which means you can return it at your local store until January 10th if you don't like it.
They also offer a 3-year warranty for $59 which states if they don't repair a break in 3 days you can get a new replacement entirely or a refund.
Cons:
Cyberpower has a mixed reputation, I have friends who have used them years, I also know unbiased reviewers who say they are ok but they do have a dark shadow with some of the community which can't be ignored completely. However, the Walmart return option negates this enough I think.

Even if you want to argue a few pricepoints like the keyboard and mouse not being needed ect, it still will pass $900. So it's 99$ for them to assemble it , test it and ship it to you.
You may not like the parts list, you may hate prebuilds for whatever reason, but the price point certainly doesn't "suck" by any stretch of the definition.
