You get the Amazon Credit up to a month after. Sometimes it's usually much quicker.
The 10$ you get from Amazon think of it as credit available for use on any purchase. You'll just pay the difference if it goes over 10$.

This deal is for those who don't have Prime, or have no interest in Shopping @ Best Buy.
Unlike other retailer's, yeah it may arrive a couple days after, but it's one of the only few that is deducted from retail. BB and AMZN you pay the full 59.99 + tax. Instead Costco, you only pay 49.99 + tax + 1.99 shipping.

Yes, it is possible. Nintendo eShop is the place to go. Alternatively, Amazon, Best Buy, any other retailers as well though I do not know when it will be available
