Amazon has the Gerber Center-Drive multitool with bit set for 59.99. Normal price is $85.00.

I'm usually a Leatherman guy myself, but this is a good deal.
Note: Usually ships within 1 to 2 months.

The center-drive has the three tools I use the most as outside-accessible: the knife, the pliers, and the screwdriver. The standard 1/4" bits are handy on my belt, and I use those just as often interchangeably in my drill. The tools all have a nice hardness and wear is almost non-existent after 6 months. There is a little more flex than I would like in the cutter jaws, but they have held their edge nicely. I also cannot get the pliers to grab as firmly as dedicated pliers, and they are also not as needle-nosed for digging into things as the Leatherman.
After much use, I've concluded that the Gerber Center-drive is good for a contractor, and a fun tool to have on my belt, but it's too bulky for an EDC just-in-case type tool. My Leatherman Skeletool has the same complement of most-used tools in a MUCH slimmer package, for when I'm out in the world without a toolbelt, and the Swisstool Spirit is both lighter and has a more accessible design (tools on the outside) with a tool complement better suited to detail work, for days when I'm doing finish carpentry or art installations.
This is a good price, but I picked mine up with an Ebay coupon for ~$52. (Hint: there should be an eBay coupon today.)
Leatherman is an American brand of multitools and knives made by Leatherman Tool Group of Portland, Oregon, US. The company was founded in July 1983 by Timothy S. Leatherman and Steve Berliner in order to market his idea of a capable, easily portable hand tool with multiple functions.
Gerber Legendary Blades is a maker of consumer knives and multitools headquartered in Tigard, Oregon, United States, within the Portland metropolitan area. Currently, Gerber is a sub division of Fiskars Brands Inc, owned by the Fiskars company of Finland. Gerber was established in 1939 by Pete Gerber.
Never mind Gerber has a lifetime warranty in the US vs Leatherman's 25 year

I wouldn't necessarily call this a knock-off brand per se, as they've built somewhat of a reputation as an alternative to Leatherman. These are built in the USA and they have a lifetime warranty.

I believe Geber is also 25 years, they still call it lifetime.
