Japanese people eat rice like 4 times a day since beginning of time and they have the highest amount of centennials. You be the judge

Not trying to thread crap or be a dic, but what does this do to rice that merits the cost?
I can't say that I have ever had cooked rice at home, or at a restaurant where the taste differential between this and rice cooked on a stove top justified this price....Confused
This cooks excellent rice and all different types. Even brown rice on the stove can be tricky. With this it has good restaurant quality brown rice with texture and taste.

Also we make sushi rice with it and now make most of our sushi at home.

It is pricey but we eat rice almost daily so it is well worth it for us.

Is this a lot better than the Japanese Zojirushi fuzzy logic unit?

Is there a rice that has less arsenic in it? Is it safe to eat it often?

Wish this 10 cup, 5.5 cup is too small for family of 4.

It's 43.6% off with redcard and a famous cash back site. Is that close enough to 50 for you?

They sell the 10 cup. It's only like 20 bucks more.

I bought the NP-HCC10XH on Amazon for 249. Is there a difference in between the models?
