Thank you for the well wishes, day 2 of antibiotics and I'm starting to feel a lot better. The weather is also nice enough to open the windows for awhile and let some fresh air in.

I am sorry you are having a difficult time with your panic attacks... the first step to making them less frequent is knowing the cause... then you can avoid those situations... and when all else fails... try to find a quiet spot... breath deeply / slowly... do something you enjoy like a bubble bath or think of some place you would like to be or something like reading a book that will distract you.... just keep reminding yourself that although it feels like it will never stop remember that each time they have passed so this will pass also... several of us have these so will are here to support you... try not to worry!
