Not that it matters but 2 years ago for BF they had a 125 gallon kit for $250. That was a great deal

Still watching 😉 Never know.... the fx6 filter went dirt cheap too that year

This aquarium has been one of my favorites from petsmart. The 125 gallon I bought years ago and the stand sucked, the aquarium was all-glass aqueon which is very nice. Still running 4 years later. The 60 gallon changed the stand since I owned it, I think it now can hold a canister filter which is way better. That 60 is so tall that cleaning was a pain and also the narrow depth of the tank made it no better than a 55 gallon. Now the 75 gallon has the wide foot print and a nice looking stand with room. A great looking aquarium with black premium silicone on the aquarium which i like. No complaints and I miss selling that one but the wife is saying no go as the water changes in the aquariums I have are being noticed on the water bill.

I bought a 56g kit 3 years ago I believe and just like the 60, it was very tall so it was awkward and a bit hard to clean. I am short so I had to clean it with a step stool. I replaced that one with the 125g and enjoy it so much more.

I once went to pick up a combo like this and they tried to give me the crappy floor model that had the stand with a bunch of chips and scratches. Not to mention the stand was so flimsy and made of mdf that it didn't look like it was going to hold the tank fully loaded. So I canceled the order in the store and walked out.

How much could water changes cost? Has to pale in comparison to what you use for bathing/cooking etc. no?
