Good question. Interestingly this is one of the first gen "smart" shavers. The shaver is able to identify pube hair and will refuse to cut those.
Had one of these for about a year. Not strong enough for hair, good on pubes tho. Charge only holds for about 20 minutes of use before having to charge for God knows how long. Also can't use it while it's being charged.

Threw it away and got a Wahl plug-in razor that is amazing for $30.
It would be good for sideburns - but using it for an actual haircut would be extremely tedious and would probably wear the thing out quickly.
